The Beacon, our drop-in centre is open on Monday and Wednesday from 12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. It has been going for over seven years and is presently lead by Sandy Lovitt. Please drop in for some warmth, fellowship and a safe place to be out of the cold.
St. Mark’s Youth are actively involved in the ministry of the church. They participate in Sunday Services (Readers, Servers, Greeters, Nursery helpers & Coffee Hour). They are involved in the Outreach of the church helping to organize the food cupboard and participating in the Christmas Hamper Program. They also have fun! We have skating parties, an annual canoe trip and trips to Canada’s Wonderland, bowling and other fun activities. Watch the “Upcoming Events” on the Home page for Youth Group Events. All youth are welcome, grade 7-12
The Rev’d Canon Lynne Thackwray looks after Senior’s Ministry at St. Mark’s. Lynne visits shut-ins and those in hospital as well as those in the retirements residences in the Orangeville area. If you would like Lynne to visit a friend, family member or yourself, please call the church (519-941-0640).
